RETURN AND REFUND
- Contact us using the contact form indicating your order number
- Ensure that items are in their original state and that all labels are still attached. Without this, we will not be able to accept any returned goods or make a refund to you.
- Pack your item and stick the pre-printed and pre-paid UPS label on the box (or on any rigid and solid carboard box) over the previous delivery label. Our return service guarantees a refund in the case of any theft during delivery to our warehouse.
Drop your parcel off in the UPS Access Point of your choice, visit the www.ups.com website or contact UPS (Switzerland: 0800 558 833) in order to schedule the pick-up of your parcel from your location of choice.
We usually deal with returns within 3 working days from receipt. During busy periods, however, this may take up to 7 working days. We will send you e-mail confirmation once your refund has been accepted.
Refunds will be made on items returned in accordance with the instructions above. In the case of any anomaly, the parcel will be returned to you.
Owing to commercial restrictions, any returns must be made within the country where the order was placed.
Please consult the legal notices for more information regarding the exercise of the right to cancel.
If you wish to change the size or colour of an item, you can do this free of charge within 15 days from the delivery date of your parcel.
To do this, please contact uns indicating your order reference and the size or colour of the replacement article among those available. We will then reserve your new article and send it to the delivery address initially indicated as soon as we have received the returned item.
You will receive e-mail confirmation of dispatch once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.
Generally, returns are validated within 3 working days of their arrival in our warehouse. During busy periods, these may take up to 7 working days. Once your return has been validated, we will immediately make a refund request and will send you e-mail confirmation.
The period for dealing with refunds varies according to the mode of payment used.
Credit card: our bank will process the refund within 7 working days following our e-mail confirmation. The period necessary for re-crediting your credit card will then depend on the company which has issued your card.
PayPal: the refund will be visible in your PayPal account within 24 hours from the date of our e-mail confirmation.
Cash payment on delivery: the refund will be made by bank transfer to the account you indicated on the return form. The refund will be visible in this account within 10 working days from the date of our e-mail confirmation.
