# Article 1: Introduction

3d: Shipping address and billing
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer on the order form. The consumer is responsible for checking the condition of the packaging of the goods upon delivery and report any damage to the carrier on the delivery, and Keipsule within a week.

3 d: Delivery problems due to carrier:

3rd: Delivery errors

3: Delivery time
Delivery times may vary depending on product and location of the client.

- We can give you a reduction coupon on your Keipsule account for a future purchase, for the total amount of your order.
- if you prefer a refund: in case you chose FREE WORLWIDE SHIPPING : you will have to handle the shipping fees that we had to pay for your package (that we offer for free on all orders). The amount of the refund will be = (Total amount of your order) - (Shipping fees we paid on your order),
5b: In virtue of the laws of Commercial Law, any item in a state consistent with the description given on the website and will be taken safely by Keipsule following a change of mind of the client or a problem material to the customer, unless exceptionally subject.
